How to report suspected unlawful or abusive use of SpyPhone products, and how we investigate and respond.

RedSec LTD takes reports of misuse seriously. If you believe a SpyPhone product has been used unlawfully, please report it.
Report suspected unlawful surveillance, stalking, interception without authority, or any use that violates our Legal Use Policy or Acceptable Use Policy.
Email Info@DigitalBankVault.com with the subject "Abuse Report." Include the nature of the suspected misuse, the relevant device or account identifiers if known, and your contact details.
For emergencies or immediate danger, contact your local law-enforcement agency first.
Reports are reviewed by our compliance team. Where appropriate, we may suspend service, investigate, require remediation, and refer matters to authorities as required by law.
Where a report is disputed, the affected customer may submit a counter-notification. RedSec LTD evaluates both submissions before taking final action.
SpyPhone hardware-modified devices are sold exclusively to vetted corporate, investigative, and compliance professionals for lawful monitoring of devices the purchaser is legally authorized to monitor. Use requires legal authority under the applicable jurisdiction. We do not sell for stalking, unlawful interception, or surveillance without consent where required by law. Every request is reviewed before procurement, and all sales are conditional on acceptance of our Legal Notice.
