The permitted and prohibited uses of SpyPhone products, and how RedSec LTD monitors and enforces compliance.

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of SpyPhone products and related services. All customers and operators are bound by it.
SpyPhone products may be used for lawful corporate security, internal investigations, compliance oversight, and protective intelligence on devices the operator owns or is authorized to monitor.
Customers must not use products for unlawful interception, stalking, harassment, surveillance of devices they do not own or are not authorized to monitor, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale of products to unvetted third parties is prohibited.
RedSec LTD reserves the right to monitor account and service activity for abuse, to audit lawful-use attestations, and to investigate reports of misuse.
Reported or detected violations may result in suspension of service, account termination, and referral to law enforcement where required by law. See our Abuse Reporting page.
SpyPhone hardware-modified devices are sold exclusively to vetted corporate, investigative, and compliance professionals for lawful monitoring of devices the purchaser is legally authorized to monitor. Use requires legal authority under the applicable jurisdiction. We do not sell for stalking, unlawful interception, or surveillance without consent where required by law. Every request is reviewed before procurement, and all sales are conditional on acceptance of our Legal Notice.
