This page summarizes the security architecture behind SpyPhone hardware-modified devices.

Hardware Intelligence Layer

Surveillance and communications capabilities run on a dedicated chipset beneath the Android operating system, rather than as user-space software. There is no exploit to patch and no application signature to scan.

Encryption

Data at rest is encrypted on the device; data in transit uses hardware-backed encrypted channels between the device and the operator's command environment.

Isolation

Collected intelligence is stored separately from the device's everyday file system, so it is not visible to apps, forensic tools, or OS-level scans, and is protected from casual access.

Persistence

The intelligence layer persists across factory resets and operating-system updates, providing continuous coverage independent of device reboots.

Secure Command Channels

Operators interact with the device through authenticated, encrypted command channels; command actions require verified operator credentials.
