RedSec LTD sells hardware-modified spy phones only for lawful, authorized use. This Legal Use Policy defines the boundaries of permissible deployment and is binding on every purchaser.
Products are sold exclusively to vetted corporate, investigative, and compliance professionals for lawful monitoring of devices they own or are legally authorized to monitor.
Permitted contexts include internal investigations, corporate security oversight of company-issued devices, evidence preservation under legal authority, and protective intelligence.
Before deployment, the purchaser must confirm they have the legal right to monitor the target device under the applicable jurisdiction, including any required notice or consent.
RedSec LTD may request documentation of authority and reserves the right to decline or cancel any engagement that cannot demonstrate lawful authorization.
Products may not be used for stalking, domestic abuse, surveillance of minors, interception without lawful authority, or any conduct prohibited by applicable law.
Use against journalists, activists, political figures, or members of the public without lawful authority is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this policy is a material breach of any agreement with RedSec LTD and may result in termination of support, remote deactivation of services, and disclosure to authorities where legally required.
