These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of SpyPhone products. By placing an order or using a product, you accept these terms.
By engaging RedSec LTD, you confirm you are an authorized professional, of legal age, and have the authority to bind your organization.
Products are hardware-modified mobile devices and related services. Eligibility is determined after a vetting and consultation process; RedSec LTD may decline any request.
Pricing is quoted on request. Devices ship via insured, discreet courier after consultation and confirmation of lawful use. Delivery times depend on region and availability.
Products are warranted against hardware defects for the period stated at purchase. Surveillance capabilities depend on network and device conditions. Except as expressly stated, products and services are provided "as is."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedSec LTD's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and excludes indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
SpyPhone hardware-modified devices are sold exclusively to vetted corporate, investigative, and compliance professionals for lawful monitoring of devices the purchaser is legally authorized to monitor. Use requires legal authority under the applicable jurisdiction. We do not sell for stalking, unlawful interception, or surveillance without consent where required by law. Every request is reviewed before procurement, and all sales are conditional on acceptance of our Legal Notice.
